ShengFeng is an excavator parts manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. We make the rubber components that keep a machine running: engine mounts, hydraulic pump couplings, radiator and water hoses, and shock absorption rubber for the cab and the undercarriage. How these parts fail
Rubber parts are wear items, and they fail in ways an operator can usually hear or feel before the machine stops working:
- Engine mounts crack or separate from the steel housing. The engine then vibrates against the frame, and you feel it at idle or see the cab shake.
- Pump couplings wear at the rubber element or strip at the spline. The classic symptom is a clunk when the engine shuts down, and a loss of hydraulic power after that.
- Radiator hoses harden with heat cycles, then crack or balloon and start leaking. A hose that feels hard as a rock is finished even if it is not leaking yet.
- Cab and travel shock rubber compresses and hardens, so vibration that used to be absorbed now goes straight into the cab or the frame.
Confirming the right part before you order
On construction machinery there is no reliable way to order rubber parts by description alone. Machine model, engine code and serial number range all change mid-series. We ask buyers to confirm three things, and we will do the same check against our own records before shipping:
- Machine model and serial number range, not just the model name.
- The OEM part number, or a photo of the casting or tag on the original part.
- A photo of the old part and key measurements (bore, stud spacing, hose diameter), especially if the part number has been superseded.
Send those three and we will match against our catalogue rather than guess. If we cannot confirm the fitment, we will say so.

Send your part list with quantities and we will quote it, confirm the fitment line by line, and give you a lead time for the batch. Where a number cannot be confirmed we will say so rather than ship a part on a guess.

They are aftermarket replacement parts, made to fit the OEM part number. We are not affiliated with Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Kobelco or Kato, and brand names are used only to identify the machines the parts fit.
How do I know it will fit my machine?
Send the machine model with serial number range and the OEM part number or a photo of the original part. We confirm fitment against the catalogue before the order is produced.
Can you supply a part that the OEM has discontinued?
Often yes. Discontinued numbers are a large part of what we are asked for. Send the number and we will check what we can match it to.
