Wholesale Excavator Parts
We supply excavator rubber parts in wholesale quantities to parts dealers, repair shops, rental fleets and exporters, and we produce to OEM and private-label requirements. This page explains how a bulk order works with us.
Who we supply
- Parts dealers and distributors who need a reliable line of rubber parts across several machine makes rather than one brand.
- Repair shops who want to hold stock of the mounts, couplings and hoses they replace most often.
- Rental fleets and contractors who need replacement parts on the shelf rather than a machine down for a week.
- Exporters and trading companies looking for a factory to source from directly.
What you can order
435 rubber parts covering 151 machine models across 11 makes: engine mounts, pump couplings, radiator and water hoses, and cab and travel shock absorption rubber. We publish 43 OEM part numbers with their machine fitment, and we hold numbers that are not listed yet.
The full list is in the excavator parts catalog.
How a wholesale order works
- Send your part list. OEM part numbers, machine models, quantities. If you only have machine models, send those and we will build the list with you.
- We confirm fitment and quote. We check each number against the catalogue and flag anything we cannot confirm rather than substitute silently.
- Samples before volume. For a first order we recommend sampling the parts you use most, so you can check the rubber and the fit before committing to stock.
- Production and packing. Orders are packed to survive export handling, in neutral packing or marked with your own label. Tell us how you want the cartons marked and we confirm the packing before production starts.
- Shipping. Express, air or sea, depending on the size of the order and how fast you need it. We quote the freight together with the parts so you can compare on landed cost rather than unit price alone.
OEM and private label
We produce parts under our own name and under customer brands. Send the numbers you want to carry, the quantity per number and how the packaging should be marked. We will confirm what is available from stock, what needs a production run, and the minimum quantity for each line.
Quality and warranty
Parts are checked against the part number and the machine fitment before they leave, and we keep the batch record for what we ship. If a part does not fit, contact us with photos of the part and of the machine; we will establish whether it is the wrong number or the wrong part before anyone argues about who pays. Buyers reasonably ask how a claim is handled across borders, so we would rather agree that in advance than promise it vaguely.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
It depends on whether the part is on the shelf or has to be produced, so we quote per part number. Send your list and we will state the minimum for each line before you commit, rather than after.
Can you ship small orders?
Yes. Many of our customers are repair shops ordering single parts, and we ship those by express. Bulk orders normally move by air or sea.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in USD. Tell us which method works at your end and we will confirm what we can accept for a first order and for repeat business.
How do you handle the customs paperwork?
Every shipment goes out with a commercial invoice and packing list. Tell us what your broker needs and who is clearing the goods at destination, and we will have the documents prepared to match before the goods ship.
